Application

Pumping aggregates are intended for pumping the pure, drinking water, water for industrial purposes, without mechanical admixtures from reservoirs, tanks and industrial pools. They are applicable for continual, discontinuous and automatic running. The construction is designed to wet suction pit with different site length. The site length is a distance between the lowermost places of pump and base plate. The pump construction is designed for direct immersion of pumped liquid.
Pumped water acidity is acceptable in 5,8 – 9 pH range in 20°C. Maximum sand density in water can be 25 grams per cubic meter, grain size max. 0,3 mm, max. temperature of pumping water 90°C.

Construction

Pumping device consists of multi-stage centrifugal pump, connecting pump shaft and flange-mounting motor. The rotor is constructed by pump shaft and connecting shafts connected by special coupling with screw. It is connected with electromotor by flexible shaft coupling.
It is the centrifugal pump with different stages number according required specific energy / transport height/ with radial or axial impeller type. The pump rotor consist shaft with fitted impellers and cases. Every impeller works in element. The element and impeller form one pressure pump stage. The pump intake starts through pump screen attached to suction body; discharge is ended by discharge body over pump baseline. Rotor support is in sliding bearings lubricated by pumping water. Whole device is fixed to base through discharge body. In discharge body there are roller bearings, which retain axial load of rotor. Roller bearings are placed in case, which can be moved in axial direction. Roller bearings are lubricated by grease SKF LGWA2. Mechanical seal is in the discharge body too.
Standard electromotor is IMV1 profile.

LB – impeller – bronze, stage body – cast iron, bearings body – structural steel, sleeves – special rubber, bronze or Vesconite material, shaft sleeves and shaft coupling – chromium steel, pump shaft – stainless steel, connection shafts, bodies, discharge body – structural steel
LC – impeller – cast iron, other parts are the same as in LB material execution
