Two-stage label-rope vacuum pumps Trivac B are part of the well-proven vacuum pumps of the Trivac model. Trivac B vacuum pumps due to the presence of various additional elements have long been known as reliable, unpretentious to the environment for a vacuum in various applications. The achieved final pressure is 10 -4 Sup> MBAR. The speed of action depending on the size of the pump, the model starting with the Trivac D 4 B to the Trivac D 65 B is from 4 to 65 m3/h.
For the use of equipment in potentially explosive media, pumps are required in special designs that meet European requirements of 94/9/EU (ATEX Directive). The pumps of the TrivAC B-Tex series meet the requirements of the ATEX-directives (categories 3 inside and 3 from the outside). The vacuum pumps Trivac D 16 B-EX comply with the requirements of the ATEX Directive (category 1 inside and 2 outside). Thus, these pumps are suitable for use in potentially explosive media 0 zone 0, the pump can be located in zone 1.
Advantages:
- all models of a vacuum pump (with single-phase and three-phase engines) are certified according to norms 94/9/EG (ATEX) of the 3rd category
- high performance in water vapor
- long work when pumping from atmospheric pressure (1000 MBAR)
- built -in oil pump, sliding bearings
- all regulatory elements, like the oil level, are located in the front of the vacuum pump Trivac B
- the possibility of changing the orientation of the exhaust and suction pipe
- the possibility of a complete replacement of the entire inner part of the vacuum pump
- the check valve on absorption is driven by oil pressure
- The pump materials do not contain copper alloys
- the design provides for service work
- The ideal Forvacious pump for vacuum systems of medium and high
- vacuum due to low reverse oil flow
- high level of internal tightness.
