Application

Vacuum pumps SZO are intended to exhaust air, gases and steams, which are chemically active and inactive, mechanically pure and partially polluted. Vacuum pumps SZO are intended mainly for food, chemical, metallurgical and construction industries.

Construction

Vacuum pumps SZO consist of two basic functional parts - stator and rotor. The stator of a vacuum pump forms a thin-walled cylindrical casing. It is eccentrically placed in respect to the rotor. The rotor of the vacuum pump consists of an impeller, fixed on a shaft and sleeves.
Stuffing box:
- in version 00 is soft cord packing
- in version 100 is mechanical
- in version 102 is mechanical for pumping the flammable substances

LN - volute, body cover, gland follower, bearing body, distribution plates - grey cast iron, shaft - constructional steel, impeller - bronze
LC - volute, impeller, body cover, gland follower, bearing body, distribution plates - grey cast iron, shaft - constructional steel
LB - volute, body cover, gland follower - grey cast iron, impeller, stuffing box bush, distribution plates - bronze, shaft - constructional steel
ZC - components which come in contact with pumping fluid are of stainless steel

Selection of pump material version is according to pumping liquid
