Oil-filled single-stage plate-rot vacuum pumps are used in all areas of vacuum equipment. Vacuum pumps are equally suitable for industrial use and research. SOGEVAC vacuum pumps can be used to create a low and medium vacuum or as a preliminary vacuum pump in combination with a vacuum pump such as RUTS or with a turbochargic high -car pump. Sogeevac single-stage plate-rope vacuum pumps are also notable for low noise and smoothness (low vibration) of work.
For the use of equipment in potentially explosive media, pumps are required in special designs that meet European requirements 94/9/EG (ATEX Directive). The pumps of the TrivAC B-Tex series meet the requirements of the ATEX-directives (categories 3 inside and 3 from the outside).
advantages during operation:
- the possibility of prolonged work with high absorption pressure;
- high pumping rate at low absorption pressure;
- low noise;
- low vibration level;
- highly effective exhaust filter;
- the lack of oil aircraft due to the structure (the presence of the oil return circuit);
- an insane environment on the exhaust from a vacuum pump;
- effective air cooling of the case;
- the availability of vacuum-cooled vacuumes;
- low requirements for the occupied space;
- unpretentious vacuum pump;
- the design is suitable for service;
- compact design;
- the connection directly with vacuum pumps such as RUTS (for pumps from SV 100b);
- optimal ratio size/performance/pressure;
- high performance by water vapor;
- wide use;
- the presence of various options for adaptation to specific requirements.
