Rotor pumps are designed to pump out viscous products and liquids.
They are used both in food (milk, bakery, breweries, etc.), and in non -food (pharmaceutical, chemical) industry.
Fully comply with the hygienic requirements for food industries.
The lineup of the rotary pumps has two main performance:
-monoblock execution (torque from the electric motor to the pumping part is transmitted through the gears): Series B3-O-2, series Nm.
- pumps with belt gear (torque from the electric motor to the pumping part is transmitted through the drive belts): the NR-10 series
Rotor pumps in standard design are equipped with three -seized rotors.
For pumping products with delicate inclusions, special two -petal (sickle -shaped) rotors have been developed, which allow you to carefully pump the product without damage to inclusions.
Three-shoe rotors are installed in pumps: B3-O-2, B3-O-2 (K), C, NR-10-02, NM, NM-01, NM-02, NM-03
Two-petal rotors are installed in pumps: B3-O-2-01, NR-10-01, NR-10-03, NM-04, NM-05, NM-06, NM-07
The range of pumps allows you to pump a product with a productivity of 2 to 15 m3 per hour.
To maintain a stable temperature of the pumped product (chocolate, stream, syrup, beer yeast) on the rotary pumps, the installation of a water heating shirt is provided.
On the pumps, a mechanical end seal of the John Crane 2100 type is installed, which increases the hygiene of production and the reliability of the pump.
To install the pumps in the current technological lines, a DIN 11851 dairy pipe connection is used (the full set for connection is supplied with the pump).
All parts of the pumps in contact with the product are made of food stainless steel of the AISI 321 brand (12x18N10T GOST 5632-72).
