Fecal pumps are often called pumps for waste-mass media. They are used to pump household (or industrial) waters contaminated with waste (feces).
The nature of the pumped fluid, which contains a large amount of contaminants, requires ensuring the non -combination of the pump. The flow channels of the pump are performed by wider compared to the channels of pumps that pump clean liquids.
As a rule, a bolt fluid under pressure exceeding the pressure before sealing from the side wheel is 0.5-1 kgf/cm 2 .
For pumps of the above group, there are the following typical design solutions:
SD:
pump.Pumps "SD" (centrifugal console single -stage, having a closed work wheel) are similar to the type "cm". But, unlike these pumps, which are made according to the ISO 2858 International Standrate, SD pumps cannot be disassembled without disconnecting from the pipeline.
In some cases, in order to ensure high pressure, a two -stage design is used in the pump pumps.
All submersible pumps of the brand “CMK”, “ECC”, “CMF”, “IPK”, “Irtysh”, “dwarf” were made by monoblock and equipped with built-in asynchronous electric motors.
For pumps of the above series, there is no need to attach the capacity of the sewer-pumping station on the top cover.
They are conditionally divided into portable and stationary:
The portable fecal pump is placed at the bottom of the container, so the additional support is not required.
The stationary fecal pump is placed on the support, which is at the same time its foundation, and during operation it is completely immersed in fecal masses.

- 100 - conditional diameter of the input pipe (mm)
