ACP Electric pumps (O) 50-32-200 (subsequently units) are designed to pump chemically active and neutral liquids with a density of not more than 1850 kg/m3, kinematic viscosity up to 30*10-6 m2/s, having solid inclusions no more 1.0 mm, the volumetric concentration of which is not more than 1.5 % with the temperature of the pumped fluid from -40 to +90 ° C for execution A and from -40 to +120 ° C for executions K, K1, E, and, for units Type AHP and from 0 to +250 ° C for AHPO units designed to pump hot and crystallizing liquids.
AHP units can be made in constructive ED for explosive and fire hazardous zones (except for the constructive performance of O) classes B-IA,
B-IB, B-IG, B-IIA, P-II, P-III in accordance with the "Rules for the installation of electrical installations" for pumping liquids, the pairs of which form explosive mixtures with air of category II and IIV, groups T1, T2, T3, T4 according to GOST12.1.011-78.
Pumps included in the unit are produced in climatic design of U, placement category 2, 3 GOST15150-69, manufactured:
- according to the material of the running part A, K, K1, E, and;
- By the type of seal of the pump shaft:
- a) with a double end seal- 55 (type 133/133 );
- b) with a double omplex seal- sd ;
- c) with a slotted seal- С ;
-by the depth of immersion: 0.8 (700 mm); 1.3 (1380 mm); 2.0 (1980 mm); 2.5 (2450 mm) (for constructive performance o: 0.8 (700 mm); 1.3 ( 1380 mm); 2.0 (1980 mm) ).
Units of general industrial performance do not allow the installation and operation of them in explosive and fire hazardous industries and should not be used to pump combustible and easily igniting liquids.
The conditional designation of the unit in order, correspondence and other documentation is adopted in accordance with GOST10168.0-85 with the designation of climatic execution and the category of accommodation according to GOST15150-69.
