Pumps of the Central Military School - horizontal, centrifugal, multi -stage, single -body sectional type, with a one -sided location of the working wheels. Unloading the rotor from axial efforts is carried out using an automatic hydraulic device (hydraulic). The entrance pipes of the pumps are located horizontally, the pressure - vertically upwards. The end seals of the pumps - the end type are double or single with additional seal. The design of the end seal allows you to ensure the blockness of the node when it is installed and removed from the pump.
To improve reliability indicators in the pump, hydrocyclones can be installed for cleaning the fluid supplied to the chambers of end seals. The radial and unbalanced part of the axial load on the pump rotor is perceived by rolling bearings with consistent lubrication. For operating conditions with a very low cavitation supply system, the pumps of the Central Military District500 can be equipped with biased screws (screws) that provide NPSHR = 3m.
