Appointment
VC pumps vortex with an end shaft seal and electrical units based on them, designed to pump neutral, slightly aggressive, & nbsp; harmful fluids in which the materials of the prototype part do not allow the linear speed of continuous corrosion of more than 0.1 mm/year according to GOST 9.908, as well as Pumps (units) VK- (2g, 1g-T), VKS- (2g, 1g-T), & nbsp; & nbsp; intended & nbsp; & nbsp; for pumping explosive liquids. & nbsp; Kinematic viscosity of the pumped media-up to 36 · 10 -6 & nbsp; m 2 /s (36 SO), the content of solid inclusions, not more than 0, no more than 0, 01% by weight and size, not more than 0.05 mm.
The pumps that make up the unit belong to general-purpose products I (restored) in accordance with GOST 27.003-90. Pumps and units are developed taking into account safety requirements determined by GOST 31839-2012.
Pumps (units) meet the requirements of TR CU 010/2011. The pumps with a fragmentation of the shaft, equipped with explosion -proof engines, meet the requirements of TR TS 012/2011 & NBSP; and designed for installation in explosive and fire hazardous rooms. Explosion -proof equipment - group II, gb explosion protection level - “high”, type of explosion protection “C” - structural security protection in accordance with GOST 31441.1-2011.
Violence pumps VK, VKS (units) can be used to install a sea fleet with an unlimited swimming area with a class of Russian naval shipping (RMRS).
Units can be installed in machine and boiler departments of ships with a sign of automation a 1 & nbsp; and a 2 & nbsp; in the symbol of the RMRS class. & nbsp; P>
Design
Electric pump unit VK- (2g, 1g) and VKS- (2g, 1g) & nbsp; It consists of a pump and a drive engine installed on a common foundation frame or slab and interconnected using an elastic coupling.
Pumps VK- (2g, 1g) and VKS- (2g, 1g)-vortex, single-stage, horizontal, console.
Moving the liquid medium through the ring channel and giving it the necessary energy is carried out by a working wheel, which is a disk with radially located blades.
The working chamber of the running part of the pump is made in the & nbsp case; and the & nbsp cover; and is a ring channel reporting to the entrance and output pipes of the pump. The absorption and guide part of the channel are separated by a jumper (delay).
The working wheel is mounted on the shaft with a veneer and has the ability to freely move in the axial direction. The holes available in the disk allow you to unload the working wheel from the axial forces. & Nbsp; the pump shaft & nbsp; rotates in two ball -bearing supports installed in the pump bracket.
To prevent leaks in the environment, a double or single end seal is installed in the housing. & Nbsp; two holes M12x1.5-7n are located in the double sealing body for the supply and removal of the bolt fluid to the double end seal, which also serves for cooling or heating the seal. << /p>
To ensure self -consumption, the VKS type pumps are equipped with a cap of pressure & nbsp; installed on a diveting pipe. In the cap, due to the difference in specific scales, there is a separation of air and pumped liquid. & Nbsp; from the cap, the air moves into the outlet line, and the liquid returns to the pump. This process continues until the supply line is completely filled with a pumped liquid.
In the bracket bath, a threaded hole M12X1.25 is provided for connecting a slurry or pumped liquid leakage system at the place of operation by the customer. The leaks are removed by the customer in drainage or in special containers.
