Well -borehole pumps of the SSN type

Deep bar pumps are designed to extract oils from deep, ultralular wells at oil fields. All products meet the requirements of TU in 29.1-1431730-001: 2007 Harmonized with GOST R 51896-2002. Pumps made according to these technical conditions, according to the design, the materials used, the requirements for the manufacture, testing, packaging and designations comply with the requirements of the international standard API SPEC 11 AX.

Brief description of the pumps

Cylinder

It is made of thick -walled precision pipe from Art. 38x2Mua, strengthened by deep nitrogen (h = 0.25 ... 0.5 mm)

Plunger

With mud-removable grooves, hardened by carbide powder pr10N70x17S4R4, hardness HRC 63-70

(pair "Squerki-Sharik")

Steel: saddle - Art. 40x13, dull on both sides, hardness HRC 61-64, ball-Art. 95x18sh, hardness HRC 80
Meshocramic: saddle and a ball of cermet based on chromium carbides HRC 63-80

Without additional requirements of the customer, the pumps have execution:

Planting group

1 (nominal gap 0.050 - 0.080 mm);

Valves

The castle of the insert pump

Under the castle support OM-60, OM-73 or NM-60, NM-73

Pipe pump

Bayonet

at the request of the customer:

  • Adaptation of pumps is made to support of any special design;
  • Any landing group is provided from 1 to 5 (nominal gaps from 0.05 to 0.125 mm);
