Purpose: Pumps of the NDD type and pumping units based on their type of Andd are designed to pump oil products with a temperature of up to 400 ° C in technological processes of oil refineries and petochinum industries. Depending on the constructive performance, pumps (units) can be used to pump technical water in explosive industries, water and condensate in steam -water networks.

Construction: Pumps of two-bearing EUs- centrifugal, horizontal, biashor, one- and multi-stage with the working wheel of the first stage of the bilateral entrance. Rotor supports are removable SKF rolleries or sliding with a crankcase or forced lubrication system, depending on the power consumption. The shaft of the shaft is mechanical with oilcopodics of various types, interchangeable with mechanical end seals of various performance according to plan 52 or plan 53 API 682. In “cold” pumps (petroleum products with a temperature of up to 80 ° C) with pieces of less than 200 m of the case are made with cast Spiral with a horizontal carbon steel connector 25l. In “hot” pumps (petroleum products with a temperature of up to 400 ° C), the housing are made with a radial connector in a castle or welded version of carbon steels. For pumps pumping water or condensate, a cast execution of a spiral case with a horizontal connector of gray cast iron is provided.

Materials:

  • hulls and lids-castings and boots of carbon steels with corrosion-resistant surfaces along sealing surfaces, or casting from gray cast iron, depending on the conditions of use;
  • details of the prototype part - casting and/or forks from chromium steels 20x13l and 30x13;
  • Details of slotting seals - unprotected corrosion -resistant alloys;
  • shaft - varietal rental made of structural alloy steel 40x.

Complete:

  • A collected pump with auxiliary pipelines within the pump;
  • Representative flanges on the pipes;
  • Explosion -proceeding drive electric motor;
  • Connective coupling like a municipal unitary enterprise with a fence;
  • oil installation (if necessary);
  • General foundation frame;
  • Systems for ensuring the work of end seals (if necessary);
  • Parts of fastening the pump, engine and fence of the coupling;
  • SIP set.

The equipment is stipulated in the supply agreement.
