Purpose: NDMS type pumps and pumping units based on them an ANMS are designed for pumping petroleum products with a temperature of up to 200 0 C, liquefied hydrocarbon gases, inorganic alkali solutions in the technological processes of oil refinery . Can also be used to pump water and condensate in steam-water networks.
Design: Pumps of two -bearing NDMS - centrifugal, horizontal, double -bearing, single -flow, multi -stage, sectional. Unloading of axial force is hydraulic using a unloading piston. Rotor supports are remote SKF rolling bearings with plastic or crankcase, depending on the power consumption. Shaft seals - mechanical with a stuffing box to fill out of various types, interchangeable with mechanical end seals of various performance according to plan 52 or plan 53 API 682.
Materials:
- covers and sections - boots made of carbon steel with corrosion -resistant surfaces on sealing surfaces;
- details of the prototype part - casting and forging from chromium steels 20x13l and 30x13;
- Details of slotting seals - unprotected corrosion -resistant alloys;
- shaft - varietal rental made of structural alloy steel 40x.
Complete:
- A collected pump with auxiliary pipelines within the pump;
- Representative flanges on the pipes;
- Explosion -proceeding drive electric motor;
- Connecting coupling type of municipal unitary enterprise or MUVP with a fence;
- General foundation frame;
- Systems for ensuring the work of end seals (2 pcs.);
- Parts of fastening the pump, engine and fence of the coupling;
- SIP set.
