Oil pumping pump out 275-860/550-440 intended:
1) to free the main pipelines from oil repairs by pumping it from a linite gate;
2) for downloading oil spilled during the accident into a repaired main pipeline (when working with a retaining pump);
3) to work as the main pump of the temporary oil pumping station of the main pipeline;
4) for filling with water of the main pipeline during its hydraulic tests;
5) for pumping light oil products.
Design h3>
The pump is horizontal, sectional, multi -stage, centrifugal, with two reception and two pressure pipes. Reception pipes are directed horizontally, perpendicular to the axis of the pump to the left side (view from the drive side). The pressure nozzles are directed up at an angle of 30o to the vertical axis.
The pump is mounted on the KAMAZ chassis, in addition to it on the platform are: power plant with the engine, operator control cabin, auxiliary electric generator, pumping reinforcement.
Structurally, the pump consists of two modules (three steps in each) that can work in parallel or sequentially.
The direction of rotation of the pump is the left (counterclockwise at the sight of the gearbox on the pump).
Rotor supports are rolling bearings (double supporting bearings from the gearbox side, supporting on the other side of the pump).

Between the 3rd and 6th steps of the pump is a sliding bearing lubricated by a pumped liquid, cleansed in centrifuges of the 3rd and 6th degrees.
Pump seals-end, double, such as tandem, with a support system (vessel-beam with a bypass hermetic level, contact sensors for the upper and lower levels, resistance thermometer, a temperature regulator, the thermometer shows, manometer, manometric tap).
In front of end seals, a pumped product, cleaned in a centrifuge located behind the 4th step of the pump rotor, is supplied in front of end seals.
The climatic execution of the pump -HL1 according to GOST 15150-69 with the range of operating temperatures from -60 OS to +40 OS
