Design: Oil NDG and NDMG pumps - centrifugal, horizontal, biashous, double -phone with a radial connector of the external building, with a high -level sector -resistant, single (NDG) and multi -stage (NDMG). Rotor supports are remote rolling bearings with crankcase lubricant or sliding bearings with crankcase lubricant or forced lubrication, depending on the power consumption. Unloading of axial force is hydraulic using a unloading piston. Shaft seals-mechanical with a stuffing box to fill out of various types, interchangeable with mechanical end seals of various executions according to plan 52 or plan 53 API 682.
Materials:
- hulls, lids and sections - forks made of heat -resistant carbon alloy steel with corrosion -resistant surfaces on sealing surfaces;
- details of the prototype part - casting and forging from chromium steels 20x13l and 30x13;
- Details of slotting seals - unprotected corrosion -resistant alloys;
- shaft - varietal rental made of structural alloy steel 40x.
Complete:
- A collected pump with auxiliary pipelines within the pump;
- Representative flanges on the pipes;
- Explosion -proceeding drive electric motor;
- Connective coupling like a municipal unitary enterprise with a fence;
- oil installation (if necessary);
- General foundation frame;
- Systems for ensuring the work of end seals (2 pcs.);
- Parts of fastening the pump, engine and fence of the coupling;
- SIP set.
The equipment is stipulated in the supply agreement.
