Application

Pumping device CVRU, CVBU are intended for pumping the pure, drinking water, water for industrial purposes, without mechanical admixtures from big depths and from bores with DN 150 /6"/, DN 200 /8"/, DN 250 /10"/ and DN 300 /12"/ for continual, discontinuous and automatic running. Field of application: supply of water in agriculture, in industry, supply of drinking water, rising of pressure, pumping of water from bores, wells and water tanks, dewatering in mines.

Construction

Pumping device consists of multi-stage centrifugal pump and special electric motor adapted for work under water, producer Franklin Electric Germany, which rotors are mutually connected with special fixed clutch, the stators are fixed connecting too. The pump is centrifugal with different number of stages according to desired head value. Rotor of pump consists of shaft, on which are gradually attached impellers, together with bearings. Bearings are sliding lubricated with pumping water. Stator consists of suction body, volute casing and discharge body with tide gate, finished with discharge thread orifice, size 15 is finished with flange, mutually are sealed and tightened with connecting belts or with screw joint.

Execution

LB - impellers - bronze, volute casing, suction and discharge body - gray cast iron, sleeves: CVBU - special rubber, CVRU - bronze or stainless steel, connecting components, shaft sleeves - stainless steel, tide gate - thermoplastic and stainless steel
