Application

Pumps are intended for pumping clean or slightly mechanically polluted fluids with contain compact of dry solids non-abrasive particles up to 2% of the weight, or with contain of 5% of liquid weight. The pumps are intended for transport of clear, well and fluvial water, of condensate in hot-water heating systems up to 80°C.

Construction

The NVA pumps are centrifugal, single-stage, volute pumps.
Hydraulic part consists of volute casing, there is an impeller with single-sided water inlet overhung mounted on the shaft end. Mechanical part is formed by pumping jack, where is placed shaft in two radial bearings.
The sense of the pump shaft rotation is clockwise facing the pump from the side of drive. The standard execution of the pump is the execution with the soft packing. For all pumps is possibility of mechanical seal application.

Execution

LN - volute, suction cover, impeller, pumping jack - gray cast iron, wearing ring - bronze shaft and shaft sleeve - constructional steel
LC - wearing rings - grey cast iron, other parts as version LN
LB - impeller, impeller nut - bronze, other parts as version LN
Selection of pump material version is according to pumping liquid
