Pumps of the NTP 800HR series (800 - the highest power of the pump, P is the highest pump pressure) - horizontal three -sided one -sided. Designed for the supply of liquid non-aggressive media during hydropas-ray perforations, washing sand plugs, the development of wells completed by drilling, and other flushing and supplying work carried out in oil and gas wells. On the basis of one NTP pump, you can get pumps of different performance and various purposes. Delivery with a hinged gearbox is possible.
The main advantage
In the drive part of the pump, instead of an eccentric shaft, a crankshaft on sliding bearings are used. This leads to an increase in the productivity of the pump due to the larger passage of the plunger and increased reliability by using a sliding bearing (liners) instead of rolling bearings. This advantage also increases the durability of the pump and reduces metal consumption.
