The pumps used to injure the drill solution into the wells have a mechanical drive from the internal combustion engine (ICE) through the gearbox, while the supply value changes discretely as the transmission attitude of the drive changes.
The advantages of the hydraulic drive are obvious: h2>
-
Smooth adjustment of the supply of well solution;
-
lack of interruption of the drive power when changing the speed of the solution, which excludes dynamic loads when supplying a well solution;
-
the possibility of automatic optimization of the power consumption of the drive, which ensures fuel and the use of less powerful energy sources;
-
And finally, the possibility of using modern systems of remote electro-magnetic proportional control of the performance of the pump.
The complex includes 2 containers, one of which is placed a bentonite pump with a powerful high -motive hydraulic motor, in the other - an internal combustion engine with adjustable hydraulic drive and a control system.
Containers are transported by vehicles, and in the field they are connected by man -bended couplings.
The use of a bentonite pump and a complex, with a hydraulic drive and 2 adjustable axial piston pumps, allows you to create pumping installations with a capacity of 100 to 350 kW to pump a well solution.
