Purpose: condensate type pumps and pumping units based on their type of ACCs are designed to pump condensate in steam -watering networks of thermal and energy units of TPP, as well as clean water with a temperature of up to 140 0 SUP> 0 SUP> C in systems of heat and water supply.
Construct: condensate KSV pumps- centrifugal, vertical, single-flow, one- or multi-stage, two-hustle with a high-level interior of a sectional type. The KSV pump 200-130-with the working wheel of the first stage of the bilateral entrance. The outer building is welded with pipes for welding to pipelines. Rotor supports are: lower - sliding bearing, built into work on a pumped environment; Upper - remote roller bearings with plastic or crankcase grease. Unloading the rotor from axial forces is hydraulic using hydraulic or unloading drum. Shaft seals-mechanical with a saline stuffing (-c) interchangeable with mechanical end (-t).

- details of the prototype part - pouring and oxation of chromium steels 20x13l and 30x13;
- Details of slotting seals - unprotected corrosion -resistant alloys;
- shaft - varietal rental made of structural alloy steel 40x.
Complete:
- A collected pump with a bracket for mounting the engine and auxiliary pipelines within the pump;
- drive electric motor;
- Connecting coupling type MUVP or MUP;
- Parts of fastening the pump and engine;
- SIP set.
