Purpose: condensate type pumps and pumping units based on their type of CPS are designed to pump condensate in steam -watering networks of thermal and energy units of TPP, as well as clean water with temperature up to 125 0 0 C in systems of heat and water supply, metallurgy.
Design: condensate KSD pumps - centrifugal, horizontal, spiral with a horizontal corpius connector, three -stage with the wheel of the first stage of the bilateral entrance. Rotor supports are remote rolling bearings with crankcase grease. Shaft seals - mechanical with a stuffing box stuffing.
Materials:
- hulls, lids and working wheels - castings of gray cast iron;
- Details of slotting seals - unprotected corrosion -resistant alloys;
- shaft - varietal rental made of structural alloy steel 40x.
Complete:
- A collected pump with auxiliary pipelines within the pump;
- Representative flanges on the pipes;
- drive electric motor;
- Connecting coupling type MUVP or MUP with a fence;
