Pumps in the units belong to the products (restored) general purpose "Ion" View 1 according to GOST 27.003-90.
Pumps are produced in accordance with GOST 15150-69, climatic execution in the placement category 2, 3 for pumps with a symbol based on material D1.
Details of the running part of the pump are made in four modifications on the material:
- E SPAN>-steel 10x17N13M2T according to GOST 5632-72;
- and -steel 06KHN28MDT in accordance with GOST 5632-72;
- K -steel 12x18N10T in accordance with GOST 5632-72;
- D1 SPAN>-steel 90x28MFTAL according to TU 26-06-1231-79.
The conditional designation of electric pumping units in the documentation must comply with GOST 10168.4-85 with the addition of climatic execution and the category of accommodation according to GOST 15150-69 indicating the number of the Number of these TU.
For example: NHP 45/31-1. andh-Sh-S2 TU 3631-001-73017770-2004 .
For the NHP pump of chemical submersible vertical pumps, where:
- 45 -the pump supply to m3/h;
- 31 -pressure, m;
- 1.0 -the depth of immersion, m;
- and -material of the running part;
- Sh -the type of shevarian seal;
- U -climatic execution;
- 2 -Placement category.
At the request of the customer, the pump should be delivered with one of the options for the turning of the working wheel in the outer diameter, providing the pump in the middle or lower part of the Q-H field, and the letter “A” or “B”
For example: for example, for The Pump THI 90/49 A-1,3- K-sh2 -the operation of the pump in the middle part of the field Q-H . "> NHP 45/31b-1.0-and-shi2 -the operation of the pump in the lower part of the field q-h . P>
