Electroly pump units "4x" - centrifugal, horizontal, multi -stage, co -type - designed for pumping condensate in steam -watering networks of thermal power plants operating on organic fuel, as well as liquids, similar with condensate in viscosity, chemical activity and content of solid particles. The condensate must have a hydrogen pH of 6.8 ... 9.2 and should not contain solid particles with a size of more than 0.1 mm and a concentration of more than 5 mg/l.
The temperature of the pumped fluid is not more than 398 K (+125 C) with a double soft seal, up to 413 K (+140 C) with end seal.
The pressure at the entrance to the electric pump is not more than 0.39 MPa (4 kgf/cm2) with a double soft oil seal, not more than 0.98 MPa (10 kgf/cm2) with end seal for
4KS 12-50, 4KS 20-50, 0.49 MPa (5 kgf/cm2) with end seal for 4KS 12-110, 4KS 20-110.
The material of the details of the strong part is gray cast iron.
