Horizontal, single -stage, centrifugal, unilateral action pumps of the EG type are designed to transport hot water with a temperature of not higher than 150 ° C. Pumps are used in industry and agriculture, to carry out water circulation in greenhouse plants, in the technological process of a number of production, etc. EG type pumps are not intended for heating household buildings.
Pumps are designed to work in systems with working pressure up to 6 atm.
Pumps of the EG type are performed with a support counter, in which a pump shaft is installed on two identical ball bearings with a working wheel consolely fixed on it. Between the discharge case and the support resistant, an intermediate case is installed containing the chamber for the supply of cooling water. External water cooling improves the working conditions of the oil seal node and prevents overheating of the support rack and bearings. The absorption flange of the rouso of the shaft, and the discharge is perpendicular to the axis of the shaft, with the possibility of installation with a turn with a step of 90 °, i.e. in four positions, depending on the conditions of installation and operation.
The main performance is with a discharge flange directed vertically upwards. Working wheel - a one -sided action of a closed type. The seal between high and low pressure is carried out by means of sealing rings, and fixing - using a shaped nut and a safety washer. The torque from the shaft to the working wheel is transmitted by means of a wreck. The connection of corps parts is carried out in the plane, the perpendicular axis of the shaft. Sealing between them is carried out by flat pressed rubber gaskets by tightening through fasteners. The shaft is compacted with a graphite stuffing installed in the box of the omentum. In the place of the oil seal, the shaft is protected against wear through a safety sleeve. The pump rotor is installed on two bearings in the support stance.
The pumps "EG" are mounted with the electric motor on the general chassis. Their drive is carried out through elastic cam couplings. The direction of rotation of the rotor is counterclockwise, if you look from the absorption side.
The pumps are driven by three -phase electric motors with a voltage of 380 V and a frequency of 50 Hz. When agreement with the client, they can be made with another voltage and frequency, as well as in the tropical version.
The designation of the pumps includes the following:
50eg32
50 - nominal feed (rounded - l/s);
E - centrifugal single -stage pump;
G - execution for hot water;
32 - General pressure with a nominal feed in m;
A, (c) - an option with a reduced inner diameter of the working wheel;
