Explosion -proof vertical asynchronous electric motors of a three -phase alternating current with a short -closed rotor of the BASO5K series are designed for a long operating mode of S1 operation as a near -class drive of air -cooled apparatus. Explosion protection executions: 1EXDIIBT4 type of climatic performance: U1; HL1. Design performance by the installation method: M 9633 degree of protection: hull and boxes of conclusions - IP54. Method of cooling: ICA0141 - blowing with self -ventilation. Starting the engine straight, is provided both with a rated voltage and when the network voltage drops during the start of up to 0.8 UNO. Engines have rolling bearings. Lubrication of bearings is consistent. The engines are made with one protruding conical end of the shaft according to GOST 12081. Isolation materials windings of the heating resistance of the “F” class stator. A box of conclusions has three power clamps and ground clamps, allows the introduction of an armored cable with copper veins. A box of conclusions allows a rotation of 900 and 1800. It is stipulated when ordering: - “Box of Conclusions down”, “Up”, “left”, “to the right”, if you look from the side of the box of the conclusions at the engine installed on the paws (the output end of the shaft is directed upwards). Electric motors allow the right and left directions of rotation. In agreement with the customer, engines for other capacities, voltage, current frequency and other climatic execution, as well as with other installation connecting dimensions, may be made, taking into account the requirements of the contract. At the request of the customer, engines can be equipped: - SKF bearings; - magneto -burning sealant; .- sites for vibration sensors; - resistance thermometers to control the temperature of the bearings; - a platform for the installation of a terminal box of conclusions.
