AMEMUR electric motors are asynchronous three -phase explosion -proof mined electric motors with a short -closed rotor of the dimensions of 112-280 mm, with a capacity of 2.2 to 110 kW, with a rotor shaft frequency from 750 to 3000 rpm.
The explosion protection of the engines is ensured by the imprisonment of the electric parts in the explosive imperial shell, which can withstand the pressure of the explosion inside it and eliminates the transmission of the explosion to the surrounding explosive environment in the temperature range from -60 ° C to +60 ° C.
Oremor -mining electric motors of the AMMUR series are designed for operation in explosive zones of premises and outdoor installations, in which explosive mixtures of combustible gases or air vapors can form, as well as for the drive of machines and mechanisms in underground workings of mines, mines and in their ground buildings, dangerous in mining gas and (or) combustible dust according to GOST R 52350.14-2006 (IEC 60079-14: 2002).
AMMUR engines are produced in constructive performance "Explosive Personal Shell", in accordance with the requirements of GOST R 52350.0 and GOST R 52350.1.

The introductory device of the AMMUR RUDNIC electric motors has 3 (or 6) passing power clamps and ground clamps. Additional gloves of grounding are located on the motor housing and on the introductory device. The design of the introductory device allows the introduction of armored cable with copper or aluminum veins. There are also additional clamps in the introductory device for connecting the temperature sensors of the stator windings and/or pre -heater. Introductory devices are equipped with one or two power cable inputs and one service cable input designed to enter a control cable.
The operating mode of the electric motor is a long S1, according to GOST 52776-2007. In agreement with the manufacturer, work is allowed in the modes S2, S3, S4.
Starting engine - straight, is provided with a rated voltage of 380, 380/660, 660, 660/1140 V, with acceptable deviations in accordance with GOST 52776-2007. Aimar series electric motors allow the right and left direction of rotation.
In the AMMOM electric drives, the possibility of installing: vibration sensors, control of the temperature of the windows of the RTS type of type, sensors for monitoring the temperature of the type RT100, SKF bearings, impact sensors, seismic sensors and encoders.
Since we ourselves produce minimum engine electric motors of the AMMUR series, the connecting dimensions can be changed at the request of the customer. And also the possibility of releasing these engines with an increased torque is allowed.
