Designed for pumping air and gases that are not aggressive to gray cast iron, structural steel and mineral oil, and explosion -proof in the conditions of the running part and gear gearbox. They are used only with a Forvacuum pump and are the second stage of the vacuum.
They are used in the following technological processes:
Drying of transformers and other devices;
· Impregnation of windings, cables, wood and other materials;
· Distillation in metallurgy when obtaining non -ferrous metals, as well as chemically pure substances in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries;
· Sublimation drying of products, biologically active drugs, vaccines;
· Swimming, casting, doping metal alloys;
· Sinsing of fine -grained and powdered materials in powder metallurgy, with agglomeration, coke, in the production of refractory products.
The DVN pump consists of the pump itself installed on the foundation frame, and connected to it by means of an elastic finger coupling of an electric motor. Cooling pumps 2DVN -500 - Air, 2DVN -1500 - Water.
