Hermetic chemical disk electric pump units of the GHD series
Design features and scope:
- pumping viscous (up to 10,000) chemically active and toxic fluids, oil products with a high content of abrasive and fibrous impurities at hazardous production facilities;
- Absolute tightness of the working cavity in relation to the environment, achieved using a system of end seals, “covered” with a motionless screen from high -strength technical ceramics*;
- transmission of torque by a system of constant magnets SMCO or NDFEB;
- the running part is made of stainless steels and alloys;
- volumetric content of solid, abrasive and fibrous inclusions in the working environment up to 15% up to 2 mm.
In a sealed disk -type pump, the pressure on the injection is created by the working body in the form of parallel disks that move the product using the forces of the border layer and viscous resistance. Pumps of this type have an advantage over centrifugal pumps when pumping high -skinned, heterogeneous and abrasive media. The use of a “hybrid” (combined) type of seal allows us to ensure a complete absence of leaks in the surrounding atmosphere when working with viscous (up to 10,000 SST), chemically active environments having a large number of solid and fibrous inclusions.
Currently, sealed disk pumps have found application for pumping:
- viscous petroleum products, such as resins, bunder, asphalt, etc.;
- chemical products with a high suspension content: pulp, emulsion, etc.;
- mixtures in the pulp-paper and tobacco industry;
- liquid polymers, gels, pathos, etc.
