Sand pumps of the PVP type and electric pump units based on them are designed to pump highly abrasive hydrosons (sand, gravel, flowering products, etc.) with pH 6 ... 12, density up to 1300 kg/m3, temperature from 278 to 343 K (from 5 up to 70 ° C), a volumetric concentration of solid inclusions up to 30%, the maximum size of solid particles 6 mm.
In the unit of the electric pump, the transmission of the torque from the electric motor to the sand pump is carried out through the sleeve-jacket coupling.
Sand pumps of the PVP type are used for hydrotransport of pulps from zumpps, wells, water collectors and other containers on concentration factories when washing floors, as well as for pumping foam pulps: in mining, metallurgical, construction and other industries.
