Pumps of oil centrifugal types of NK and NKV are produced according to Tu. 29.1-01883088-001: 2005, used for pumping oil, petroleum products, liquefied hydrocarbon gases and other liquids similar to the physical properties and corrosion effects on the material of the pumps.

They are used in technological installations for pumping oil, petroleum products, liquefied hydrocarbon gases, organic solvents and other liquids similar to the viscosity and corrosion effect on the pump parts, not more than 1800 kg/m 3 . The temperature of the pumped liquid is from -80 ° C to +400 ° C. The viscosity of 0.5x10 -4 m 2 /s to 8.5x10 -4 m 2 /s. The choice of the material of the flow part of the pump depends on the temperature and properties of the pumped fluid. Pumps are produced in climatic performance U, T, UHL of the placement category 1, 2, 3 and 4 in accordance with GOST 15150. Designed to work in explosive industries belonging to the category of explosiveness IIA, IIB and groups T1, T2, T3, T4 according to GOST30852.1111 .

Pumps are equipped with oilcopod or end seals (single, double, double type “tandem”), SKF bearings or at the request of the customer (FAG, NACHI, NTN). Pumping units are equipped with explosion -proof electric motors and delivered on welded frames or foundation stoves.

In the design and manufacture of pumps, original constructive solutions were applied. This made it possible to improve the quality, reliability and durability of the pumps. In order to increase the efficiency, pumps are produced with rotor I and II, a groove of the working wheel A, b, c, g.
