Purpose
The unit is designed to use the main circulation pump (GCN) at the nuclear power plants in the oil system.
The unit is not intended for installation in explosive and fire hazardous industries.
The unit is intended for operation in the maintenance of the premises (placement category 3), manufactured in climatic design in accordance with GOST 15150-69 and is designed to work in an atmosphere of type II in accordance with GOST 15150-69.
The three-screw-zb 8/25 pump, which is part of the unit, belongs to a product of a particular purpose (ICN), the type of product I (restored) GOST 27.003-90.
The unit has a seismo-resistant performance. Category of seismic resistance II in accordance with NP-031-01.
The unit retains strength, tightness and performance during and after PZ-7 points on the MSK-64 scale at a mark of minus 5.0 m.

The electric pump is a three-screw three-screw pump, lantern, couplings and electric motors.
On the principle of action of the three -screw pump - voluminous.
The pump consists of the following main parts and assembly units: the pump case, clips, one lead and two leders, end seals.
Special cutting profile, which provides their mutual interfacing, two -stroke cutting, on the leading screw - the left, on the drivers - the right.
During the rotation of the screws in the absorption chamber of the pump, discharge is created, as a result of which the pumped fluid under the pressure of the atmosphere enters the hollows of the screws, mutually closing during their rotation. The volume of fluid is closed in the cutting of the screws is moved straight into the clip without mixing and displaced into the injection chamber.
