Product description

Designed for the development and hydrodynamic study of wells. The pump is installed in the NKT-73 column. Below the pump is a packer sealing an echoing space.

Pump composition:

Corps with central and two side channels;

Change insert (three executions);

Injector and diffuser (installed in one or both channels).

Depending on the operation performed in the pump, one of three interchangeable inserts is used. The change of inserts is made using an insert lifter without extracting the pump from the well.

The pump provides work in three modes:

Reducing frozen pressure and reducing depression to the layer (a dull insert is used);

Hydrodynamic study of the formation (a sealing insert and geophysical devices are used);

Acidic processing of the basic layer area (acid insert is used).

Sealing insert

The sealing insert has a central channel for the cable of the geophysical device. The cable is compacted by rubber rings.

Deaf insert

A dull insert blocks the central channel of the pump and provides fluid passage from the NCT to the side channels to injectors. With the expiration of the working fluid from the nozzle in the mixing chamber, a lower pressure zone is formed, into which the liquid comes from the layer and through the diffuser is diverted into an echoing space. The decrease in the frozen pressure is fixed by the deep pressure gauge installed on the insert.

Slide insert

The central channel of the insert is closed by a valve with a spring -loaded ball. Under the influence of fluid pressure in the TCT, the valve opens and provides the flow of an acid solution into the bottomhole zone of the layer, while the access of the liquid into the side channels is blocked. The lifter of the inserts is not included in the kit and is ordered separately.
