Scrolvac SC-D dry mechanical pumps operate on the principle of a spiral type compressor. Each pump consists of 2 spirals of archimedic located with an offset of 180 °. The mobile spiral makes orbital rotation, thus the formed gas cavities decrease, squeezing the gas from the periphery to the center. The pumps of this series create an absolutely clean vacuum and work with high efficiency throughout the entire process.
Fields of application:
Electron beam welding
- lasers
- Detailing Systems
- Accelerators of particles / Synchrotron
- Tools surface analysis
- Scanning electronic microscopes
- Pectroscopy
- as Forvacuum Pumps for Systems s turbomolecular pumps
