Application

The NFT pumps find their application in material version LC and TJ at pumping of raw sludge in communal and industrial sewage cleaners, at pumping of foods (potatoes, peas). In ZC version are applicable for chemical industry at cellulose, paper and rayon production.

Construction

Advantage of NFT pumps is high transition of pumped medium. NFT construction allows disassembly of hydraulic and mechanical part without de-installing suction and discharge pipeline. Hydraulic part creates circular box, impeller and seal body, which connects hydraulic with mechanical part. Shaft is located on antifriction bearings, which are lubricated with fat, except sizes 80-NFT-400, 100-NFT-400, 150-NFT-400, which are lubricated with oil. Seal for packing the hydraulic part is in version 500-00 soft cord packing, in version 500-100 and 501-100 mechanical seal.
