Design:
Demonstrative pumps are designed to pump clean and polluted liquids with a temperature of up to 353K (80 ° C), including chemically active with kinematic viscosity up to 4600 CIS (6200VA). The maximum concentration of suspended particles by mass is not more than 5%, the size of solid particles up to 0.2mm.
Structurally, single -level pumps are horizontal pumps of volumetric type. The main working organs are a fixed rubber clip with a two -mounting screw surface and a metal single -pounding screw rotating in the clip. With the rotation of the screw between it and the surface of the clip, the cavities are formed into which the pumped liquid is sucked, and then moves along the axis of the screw to the cavity of the bump.
