The pump construction is horizontal type. It consists of hydraulic and mechanic parts. Hydraulic part consist of body, which comprise simply volute, discharge space and flow canal. Flow canal circulates water in the body during pump starting. There is a suction body with non return flap on the front side. Non return flap is pressing by suction socket or suction elbow. In the spiral part of body there is overhung semi open impeller. The yoke for connect discharge transition is in the top part.
Drive for the monoblok pump type is electromotor, pump rotor is elongated shaft of motor. The pump and the electromotor are connected to one compact unit. In solo type, mechanical part is formed by cover body and shaft, which is fixed in one ball bearing. The shaft is caulking by packing in stuffing box and protected by renewable sleeves. The pump has left rotary drive.
Suction and discharge pipe for mobile construction have pressure-suction hoses. Suction hose is connected to pump with quick-action coupler B75 type and it is ended by tube filter. Discharge hose is connecting with clip and it is ended by DN 65 sleeve. The suction pipe length is 2, 3, 4 or 5 meters standard, discharge pipe length is 3 meters. Mobile type aggregates are equipped by A. C. circuit breaker and socket 3P+PE, 16A, 400V type.
