Appointment

Electric pumps centrifugal console monoblock type of km are designed for pumping in stationary conditions of technical water (except sea) with pH = 6-9, containing mechanical impurities of not more than 0 , 1 % in terms of volume and size of particles of not more than 0.2 mm, as well as other liquids similar to water in density and chemical activity with a temperature of minus 10 to + 85 ºС. The class of protecting electric pumps from electric shock I GOST 12.2.007.0-75. Electric pumps belong to the products of the type I (restored) in accordance with GOST 27.003-90. Climate execution U, category of accommodation 3.1 according to GOST 15150-69. Electric pumps are not intended for installation in explosive and fire hazardous rooms.

Design

The electric pump consists of a centrifugal pump and a flange electric motor with an elongated end of the shaft. The direction of rotation of the shaft is clockwise if you look from the side of the electric motor. The arrow indicating the direction of rotation is located on the pump body. The pump body is a cast -iron casting in which the input and output pipes, a spiral camera and supporting paws are made. The pump body is connected to the electric motor flanger using a lantern.

The working wheel is a cast iron casting and is fixed on the shaft with a vene and a screw or nut.

The shaft seal is a single soft stuffing box. To prevent wear of the shaft under an omorino stuffing on the shaft, there is a protective sleeve.
