DC motors of the P2SH 21 - 25 dimensions

The structure of the symbol
P2Sh-XXX-XXX-HKX4:
P2Sh - designation of a number of engines
Xxx - the height of the axis of rotation, mm (630, 800, 1000);
Xx - an armature diameter number (21,25) (anchor diameter, mm, respectively 2150, 3400);
X - the length of the length of the anchor core (3, 4, 5, 6);
X - the number of brushes on each marriage (4, 7);
K - execution on rolling bearings (in the type of engines 21 dimensions in the console, the letter K is absent);
X4 - climatic execution (UHL or 0) and category of placement.
Engines have horizontal, closed execution with forced ventilation from an extraneous fan through a closed or open cycle using air-cooler.
The heating resistance of the insulation of all windings of the anchor chain - class “H”, the winding of excitation - class “F”.
The insulation of the windings of the anchor circuit from the housing is designed for a voltage of 1500V, the winding winding is 1000V.
Permissible current overloads:
- working lasting no more than 15C - 2.0 INU;
- disconnecting - 2.25 In, where INOM is the nominal value of the current.
For engines operating in a temperate climate, a prolonged load is allowed, 1.15 IN with permissible overheating corresponding to the “F”.
The rated voltage of the engines is 930V. Explosion is independent, 220 or 110 in.
The main rated voltage of 220V.
In order to switch to a rated voltage of 110V, the engines provide for the output of the four ends of the excitation winding.
Engines are performed on rolling bearings. Lubrication of bearings is perusive, which facilitates operating conditions.

Engines are produced with one working end of the shaft.
