Asynchronous engines of general-industrial purpose A2 and AO2 are designed for a long mode of operation on a three-phase alternating current network.
Nominal characteristics (power, current, voltage, number of revolutions, utility coefficient) belong to the nominal values of the climatic factors of the environment and the minimum ambient temperature values: -40 ° C during operation and -45 ° C during storage.
Electric motors of all dimensions are made with six output ends. The circuit of the windings is “triangle”, “star” and a triangle /star at the request of the customer.
Engines have similar ones that are currently produced by a series of AIR by the degree of protection against environmental exposure:
- Closed execution (IP44) (IP54) from cast iron (AO2) - from 3 to 9 dimensions;
- Closed execution (IP44) (IP54) from aluminum alloys (AOL2) - from 1 to 3 dimensions.
The structure of designation of the electric motor consists of marking the execution by the degree of protection (AO2, AOL2), designation of the type of electric motor (the first digit indicates the serial number of the overall size, the second - marking the length of the core), the number of poles, climatic execution and the placement category.
